I am to state that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Thursday, the 7th February, 2013 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Ms. Sassui Palijo, Minister for Culture, Sindh:-
: This House resolves to pay tribute to Siraj ul Haque Memon (late), a famous Scholar, Writer, Novelist, Journalist, Literary Researcher, Historian, Linguist and well known legal Expert. He was one of the greatest contemporary literary figures of Sindh. His name will stand out as the pioneer and leading lights of literature. No doubt his contributions will be remembered as a beacon of excellence and brilliance."
