Sub: NUMBERED LIST OF RESOLUTIONS AND MOTIONS.


I have the honour to inform you that numbered list of Resolutions and Motions have been placed in the Legislation Branch (Room No.115) of this Secretariat.

2. In case, you have given notice of Resolutions or Motions, you are requested to enter your name and sign in the said numbered lists by Saturday, the 17th March, 2012 & Monday, the 19th March, 2012 against any one number.

3. The balloting of the Resolutions and Motions will be held in the Office of the Secretary, Provincial Assembly of Sindh on Monday, the 19th March, 2012 immediately after the session.

4. You may kindly make it convenient to attend, if so desired.
