Subject: RESOLUTION.
I am directed to state that Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Thursday, the 22nd December, 2011 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Ms. Nusrat Bano Seher Abbasi, MPA:-
“This Assembly resolves and recommends to the Sindh Government to approach the Federal Government to take exemplary action against the unauthorized conversion of Public Service Vehicles from fuel to CNG and sale of old and substandard CNG Kits for vehicles which does not meet the minimum quality control/ safety parameters. Unauthorized conversion becomes major cause of explosion of CNG cylinders; and also a cause of losss of several innocent lives.”
