Subject:           RESOLUTION.

 

I am directed to state that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Saturday, the 25th June, 2011 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Mr. Nadeem Ahmed Bhutto, MPA, Mr. Sadiq Ali Memon, MPA, Mr. Imdad Ali Pitafi, MPA, Mr. Fayaz Ali Butt, MPA and Dr. Sikandar Ali Shoro, MPA:-

 

“This House unanimously resolves and strongly condemn the derogatory and un-ethical statement given by the Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah against the Honourable member of the Senate, Senator Dr. Babar Awan, and also given Fatwa in his statement that Dr. Babar Awan is liable to be murdered.

 

This August House demands of the Government of Punjab that Rana Sanaullah should be immediately removed from his office and disciplinary action should be taken against him. And if any incident occurred with Dr. Babar Awan, Rana Sanaullah and the Government of Punjab will be responsible and accountable for that act.”
