I am directed to state that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Tuesday, the 10th May, 2011 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Pir Syed Muhammad Bachal Shah, MPA:-

 

“This Assembly resolves that Provincial Government impose ban on the SHISHA SMOKING in the Hotels, Restaurants and open public places in the Province of Sindh because it is the worst type of intoxication, which is hazardous for health. Law must be effectively implemented to curb such type of social evil from the society.”
