“This Assembly is deeply affected by the devastating earthquake and Tsunami that caused mass scale destruction in Japan extends its deepest sympathies to the people of Japan who are currently experiencing the gravest catastrophe since World War-II; expresses its condolences to the families of the thousands who lost their lives and to the Japanese Nation, understands the overwhelming calamity currently faced by Japan, having ourselves experienced the catastrophic earthquake of 2005, appreciates the support extended to japan by the International Community including the Honourable President of Pakistan and assures the People of Japan of the continued utmost support of the Pakistani Nation during this time of their acute crisis.”
