Subject:      RESOLUTION.

 

I am to state that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Friday, the 25th February, 2011 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Ms. Kulsoom Akhtar Chandio, MPA, Mr. Muhammad Moin Aamir Pirzada, MPA, Syed Wasim Hussain, MPA, Mr. Anwar Ahmad Khan Mahar, MPA and Ms. Nusrat Bano Seher Abbasi, MPA:-

 

“This House is of the opinion and resolves that the Government of Sindh may consider sympathetically to provide the regular employment to the lower staff of the Education Department under Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, who were employed on Contract Basis for three and a half years, which period has expired, resulting to which about 7187 poor employees would be otherwise deprived of their livelihood.”
