In pursuance of provisions of Clause(3) of Article 53 read with Article 127 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Syeda Shehla Raza, Deputy Speaker, Provincial Assembly of Sindh shall act as Speaker, Provincial Assembly of Sindh, with effect from 11th February, 2011 Vice Mr. Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Speaker, Provincial Assembly of Sindh, proceeded to participate in the 3rd CPA Asia Regional Conference at Colombo, Sri Lanka, with effect from 11th February, 2011 to 16th February, 2011.
