Subject:      RESOLUTION.

 

I am to state that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Wednesday, the 10th November, 2010 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Ms. Heer Soho, MPA:-

 

“This House resolves and recommends to the Government of Sindh to approach the Federal Government to ensure the implementation of Article 158 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan in letter and spirit that is the Province in which a well-head of natural gas is situated shall have precedence over other parts of Pakistan in meeting the requirements from that well-head.”
