I am to state that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Monday, the 8th November, 2010 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Ms. Shazia Atta Muhammad Marri, Minister for Tourism, Sindh and Mr. Muhammad Ayaz Soomro, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs, Sindh:-

 

“This Assembly pay the tribute to the National Poet Sir Allama Muhammad Iqbal; recognizes his inimitable services for the Muslims of the sub-continent; pays homage for his far-sight and vision in distinguishing between the two nations in the sub-continent and planting the seed for the creation of a separate, independent sovereign State.”
