The Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on 29th September, 2010 appointed a Special Committee under Rule 174 of Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of Sindh on motion moved by Syed Sardar Ahmed, Minister to Government of Sindh, comprising of Chairmen of-
1. Standing Committee on Health.
2. Standing Committee on Local Government.
3. Standing Committee on Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights.
4. Standing Committee on Environment and Alternate Energy.
And Dr. Sikandar Ali Mandhro, MPA, the Committee may co-opt any Member of Provincial
Assembly of Sindh to examine and recommend proposals to take action against the producers and suppliers of the mineral bottled contaminated water and submit its report in the next Session of the Assembly.
