Speaker Oath - 18th Amendment

Mr. Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Speaker, Provincial Assembly of Sindh has taken Oath of office of the oofice of the Speaker before the Provincial Assembly of Sindh as contemplated under Article 53(2) read with Article 127 of the Constitution and Article 104 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan as amended by the Constitution (Eighteenth Amendment) Act, 2010 (Act No.X of 2010) in the form set out in the Third Schedule of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in the fore-noon of 24th May, 2010.
