MUHAMMAD QASIM, MPA:  Will the Honourable Minister for Revenue, Sindh may please to give answer/statement that it has been cheating with the residents of Musharaf  Colony Hub River Road, District Keamari, there are more than one property files/ documents of each and every property; what steps have been taken to stop the said malpractice?

02-       CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 01 OF 2022;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. SHAHZAD QURESHI, MPA: Will the Honourable Minister for Local Government, Sindh may please to give answer/statement that the garbage and solid waste is being dumped in the Malir Nadi by the Mafia for their vested interests and that mafia enjoys the backing of some influential. What steps have been taken for the investigation and prosecution of the culprits; give definite timeline for the same? 

03-       CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 11 OF 2022;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. SAEED AHMED, MPA: The attention of this House is drawn to the issue pertaining to the growing consumption rates of drugs among the youth of Karachi. Will the Minister for Excise, Taxation and Narcotics control Department be pleased to give answer as to what steps have been taken to check the spread of drugs in the city?

04-       CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 10 OF 2022;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MS. SARWAT FATIMA, MPA: Will the Honourable Minister for Local Government, Sindh may please to give answer/statement on the progress made for issuance of necessary notification for disbursement of salaries/pensions to the employees of the Local Council through bank/treasury office of the relevant district for which they have been protesting for the last five years despite of the approval of Chief Minister of Sindh? 

05-       CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 08 OF 2022;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. SHAHZAD QURESHI, MPA: The attention of this House is drawn towards deteriorating law and order situation especially in DHA & Clifton. Recently we see many reported cases of street crime especially mobile and cash snatching and also dacoities are again on the rise. Incidents of loss of lives in resistance against the criminals needs immediate attention. Will the Minister for Home Department kindly state what steps have been taken to arrest the culprits and curtail the rampant street crime?

06-       CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 09 OF 2022;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. MUHAMMAD HUSSAIN KHAN, MPA: The attention of this House is drawn towards failure of DMC Korangi in cleaning up the garbage and litter from my constituency PS-92. There are heaps of garbage dumped in the area which are not being lifted regularly. Will the Honourable Minister for Local Government be pleased to give answer/ statement regarding why action is not being taken to punish the concerned while ensuring the cleanliness drive is carried out in my constituency? 

07-       CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 07 OF 2022;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. NAND KUMAR GOKLANI, MPA: Will the Honourable Minister for Home, Sindh may please to give answer/statement that, honourable person of Hindu community Mr. Sattan Kumar was murdered with brutality few days ago in Daharki, what action taken against criminals by the Government?

a)    No. it is not a fact.

There are three Ambulances (Two Toyota Hiace and one Suzuki Bolan. All are on Road for facilitation to the patients at Civil Hospital Jacobabad.

(a)   Is it a fact that free ambulance service  to transport referral cases of ailing children from Tharparkar to Karachi and Hyderabad hospitals has been stopped again;

(b)   If answer to (a) above be in affirmative, the reasons thereof?

The ambulances are being provided to needy patients referred to Hyderabad and Karachi Hospitals as per SOPs.

            Volume of budget earmarked for hepatitis Control program during 2018-19?

It is submitted that Rs. 300 Million under Annual Development Program were allocated to Hepatitis Prevention & Control Program (Chief Minister’s Initiative) Sindh during the year 2018-19.

The Dengue Diagnostic Kits were provided by the Prevention & Control Program for Dengue in Sindh to the districts of Karachi Division during the year 2019-20 as under;

(a)   Whether the facility of CT scan and MRI is Provided at Civil Hospital, Sanghar;

a)    No facility of CT scan and MRI is available at Civil Hospital, Sanghar.

a)    Yes it is a fact that there are three Incubators available at Civil Hospital, Sanghar and are functional.

b)    The details are as under;

i.       One is placed at Maternity Ward

ii.     Two are placed at Paeds ward
