01- CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 15 OF 2021;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. SAEED AHMED, MPA: The attention of this House is drawn towards Marbles Factories at Mangopir Road Karachi resulting in pollution and affecting the environment and people are suffering from many diseases. Will the Honourable Minister for Industries Department be pleased to give answer/ statement regarding what steps have been taken to shift the industries from the residential areas?
02- CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 16 OF 2021;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. ARIF MUSTAFA JATOI, MPA: Will the Honourable Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Sindh be pleased to answer or provide a statement on the fact that the Sindh Government has over 17 Special Assistants while the Government of Punjab only has 4 Special Assistants whereas the population of Sindh is 50 million and Punjab 110 million?
03- CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 18 OF 2021;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY SYED ABDUL RASHEED, MPA: Will the Honourable Minister for Local Government, Sindh may please to give answer/statement that Dispensaries and Maternity Homes of KMC and DMC of District South are in deteriorated condition, specially the condition of Medical Center and Maternity Home of Ghareeb Shah and Shah Baig lane is dangerous, Doctors and Staff remain absent there; kindly apprise from the detail of total medical Units and staff posted therein as well as steps taken by the Government of Sindh to make their conditions better?
04- CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 19 OF 2021;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. BILAL AHMED, MPA: Will the Honourable Minister for Local Bodies, Sindh may please to give answer/statement on the progress of Sindh Government’s share on Karachi Transformation Plan. What projects have been initiated under Karachi Transformation Plan?
05- CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 20 OF 2021;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. MUHAMMAD HUSSAIN KHAN, MPA: The attention of this House is drawn towards Honourable Supreme Court’s judgment in 2015 in which both Federal and Provincial Governments were directed to establish Urdu as the official language for communication in all Government offices pursuant to Article 251(1) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973. Will the Honourable Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Criminal Prosecution Department be pleased to give answer/statement that what steps have been taken in the light of Honourable Supreme Court’s judgment with regard to enforcement of Urdu as the official language in Government departments?
