There is no Coal Mines/China Clay Labourers in District Tharparkar registered with the Directorate of SESSI, Hyderabad.

Number of posts filled in Labour and Human Resources department on urban quota during 01-01-2008 to 15-03-2013 along with name, post, BPS and domicile of each employee?

The posts filled on urban quota during the period from 01-01-2008 to 15-03-2015 in Labour & Human Resources Department.

District-wise every year quota of the students in the “Technical Training Centers” in Sindh along with district-wise report of the same in detail?

Month-wise number of jobless persons registered in Employment Exchange during the period 1^st January, 2011 till 31^st December, 2013 in Sindh detailed below.

Name/number of labour courts established during 2009 to 2013 along with district-wise names of courts previously existed?

 ANSWER

No any Labour Court has been established during the year 2009 to 2013 except the Sindh Labour Appellate Tribunal Karachi, which was established on 29-10-2009.

Following eight Labour Courts were established in Sindh before the above mentioned period.

1.    Sindh Labour Court No. I, Karachi.

2.    Sindh Labour Court No. II, Karachi.

3.    Sindh Labour Court No. III, Karachi.

4.    Sindh Labour Court No. IV, Karachi.

5.    Sindh Labour Court No. V, Karachi.

6.    Sindh Labour Court No. VI, Hyderabad.

7.    Sindh Labour Court No. VII, Sukkur.

8.    Sindh Labour Court No. VIII, Larkana.
