*617. MS. NUSRAT SEHER ABBASI: Will the Minister for Minorities Affairs be pleased to state:-

(a) Is it a fact that historical Sadh Belo of Sukkur is in deplorable condition, building is deteriorating and development work is stopped despite releasing 48 crores in 2012;

(b) If answer to (a) above be in the affirmative, the reasons thereof along with the expenditure so far incurred on the same?

(a) Yes.

Facts:

Total approved cost of the scheme is Rs. 487.031 million.

The expenditure so far incurred is Rs. 116.040 million on this scheme.

Rs. 83.516 million was released during current financial year which has not been utilized and surrendered to Finance Department due to a pending enquiry on this project.

District-wise steps taken for the rehabilitation of religious and cultural places of minorities during 2008 to 2013?

There are no any Development Scheme was started upto 2010. The Schemes have been started from 2011-2012, with the following PSDP’s Programme of Minorities in whole the Sindh.
