1.    CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 70 OF 2015;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. KAMRAN AKHTAR, MPA: The Honourable Minister for Local Government, Sindh may please to give answer / statement that the Fire incidents occur every day or the other in the city resulting loss of millions of rupees and loss of valuable human lives, which is in remediable. Government should establish rescue centers District-wise with latest equipments; number of ready and out of order fire tenders presently rescue centers possess; the out of order fire tenders be repaired and in this regard an allocation of 440729 was approved for upgradation of Fire Services Building KMC as ADP No. 1653 on 9-5-2014, but despite of passed 8 to 9  months the summary still is in pending, so funds may be released immediately and which steps have been taken for same by the Government?

 

2.    CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 73 OF 2015;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MS. NUSRAT BANO SEHER ABBASI, MPA: The Honourable Minister for Health, Sindh may please to give answer / statement that Whether it is a fact that the service structure for the promotion as was constituted in 1994 has not continued and the promotion of Doctors those are waiting for their promotion since 1995 have not granted as per service rules time; if so the reasons therefore?

 

3.    CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 50 OF 2015;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. MUHAMMAD HUSSAIN KHAN, MPA: The Honourable Minister for Home, Sindh  may please to give answer/ statement that the Operation Cleanup against terrorists, target killers, and other criminals is going on in Karachi. During the operation various innocent workers and also the sympathizers of MQM and Police personnel are being killed, specially which belongs to Orangi Town, Qasba Ali Garh and Nazimabad. Not a single Target Killer is arrested why, reasons thereof?

 

4.    CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 28 OF 2015;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. MUHAMMAD SHAHARYAR KHAN MAHAR, MPA/ LEADER OF OPPOSITION, PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF SINDH: The Honourable Minister for Local Government, Sindh may please to give answer/ statement that Town Municipal Administration Lakhi, District Shikarpur gets about 13 Million rupees per month, however, the area under the TMA is not maintained at all. The streets are at its worst condition, there are huge garbage dumps in every corner of the Town. The drainage system is not being maintained or cleaned at all. The Graveyards and Eid Gahs acre also not being maintained. There are more than 500 employees and most of them are not even being paid regularly. The Minister may explain reasons of this inefficiency?

                

5.    CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 74 OF 2015;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MS. RANA ANSAR, MPA: The Honourable Senior Minister for Education & Literacy, Sindh may please to give answer / statement that corruption of crore rupees has been done in Sindh Education Foundation during 13 years as well as measures have been taken by the department to control on the said corruption?

VI.     ADJOURNMENT MOTION NO. 03 OF 2014;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. MUHAMMAD HUSSAIN KHAN, MPA  REGARDING SECRETARY TO GOVERNMENT OF SINDH EDUCATION DEPARTMENT ADMITTED THAT ONE LAC GHOST EMPLOYEES EATING UP BILLION OF RUPEES ALLOCATED FOR EDUCATION IN THE PROVINCE EVERY YEAR.

Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Monday, the 2nd February, 2015 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Mr. Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Senior Minister for Education & Literacy, Sindh, Dr. Sikander Mandhro, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Sindh, Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani, Minister for Works & Services, Sindh, Mr. Sharjeel Inam Memon, Minister for Information & Local Government, Sindh, Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar, Minister for Health, Sindh, Mr. Muhammad Shaharyar Khan Mahar, MPA/ Leader of Opposition, Provincial Assembly of Sindh, Mr. Imtiaz Ahmed Shaikh, MPA, Syed Sardar Ahmed, MPA, Khawaja Izhar ul Hassan, MPA and Ms. Nusrat Bano Seher Abbasi, MPA:-

 

“This Assembly condemns the barbaric suicide bomb attack in Imambargah at Lakhi Dar, District Shikarpur in which more than 60 people were martyred and several were seriously injured.


This House offers condolence to the families of bereaved and pray for the well being of injured and expects from Government of Sindh to pay the announced compensation to affectees as early as possible”
