NUSRAT BANO SEHER ABBASI, MPA: The Honourable Minister for Health, Sindh  may please to give answer/ statement that whether it is a fact that the service structure for the promotion as was constituted in 1994 has not continued and the promotion of Doctors those are waiting for their promotion since 1995 have not granted as per service rules time; if so the reasons there for?

 

2.    CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 126 OF 2014;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. KAMRAN AKHTAR, MPA: The Honourable Minister for Home, Sindh may please to give answer / statement that:

 

(a)   is it a fact that the number of persons kidnapped in the Interior Sindh during 1st January, 2013 to October, 2014 and number of persons still in hostage with kidnappers. A T.V Channel showed that Dacoits of Ghotki have modern weapons, why action is not being taken against bandits of Naushero Feroz and Dadu;

(b)  is it a fact that the dangerous Organization of the Terrorist namely Islamic State of Iraq and Syria is rapidly spreading in all the Pakistan specially in the Sindh and in the city of Karachi, another Banned organization namely Taliban are also joining the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria;

(c)   if answer (a) and (b) is in the affirmative, what steps taken against the above and other banned organization as well as what severe action taken against the foes of the country and their supporters?

3.    CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 32 OF 2014;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. MUHAMMAD HUSSAIN KHAN, MPA: The Honourable Chief Minister, Sindh may please to give answer/ statement that Sindh Government have given two lacs jobs to the people of Sindh. How many jobs were given to Urban and Rural Sindh according to Quota Systems, 60% Rural and 40% Urban?

 

4.    CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 114 OF 2014;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MS. RANA ANSAR, MPA: The Honourable Senior Minister for Education & Literacy, Sindh may please to give answer/ statement that many School Buildings are in deplorable condition in all the Province specially in Jacobabad, many of these are declared dangerous and students continue their education in the open. Government of Sindh has released millions of rupees to reconstruct and repair School Buildings during last many years, but 30% construction work could not be carried out; causes that education department has not paid attention to the said schools?

 

5.    CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 48 OF 2014;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY KHAWAJA IZHAR UL HASSAN, MPA: The Honourable Senior Minister for Education & Literacy, Sindh may please to give answer / statement that what are the reasons of suddenly change in existing Centralized Admission Policy in Karachi. How many days delayed to start the academic session due to the change in Policy and what action has been taken against those responsible?

“The Assembly salutes the strength and resilience of young Assu Bai Kohli from District Umarkot, who despite physical and other limitations, has proved to be a shining example of a young dynamic Pakistani woman; and commends the selfless spirit with which this champion of education continues to single handedly struggle to educate girls of her area and her unwavering commitment to spread the message of education as the only way to progress.”

(a)      No cooperative society was cancelled during 01-01-2008 to 31-05-2013 under Section 49 of Cooperative Societies Act, 1925 in the province of Sindh except Karachi Region.

(b)      There are 448 Cooperative Societies which were cancelled only in Karachi Region, province of Sindh, under Section 49 of Cooperative Societies Act, 1925.
