BAHADUR KHAN DAHRI, MPA: The Honourable Minister for Home, Sindh may please to give answer/ statement that is Government taking any action against smuggling of Petrol and Diesel in Shaheed Benazirabad District, as the smuggling of Petrol and Diesel is becoming common day by day in the said district?

NAND KUMAR, MPA: The Honourable Minister for Home, Sindh may please to give answer/ statement that as two brothers of Umerkot namely Heera Lal and Ashok Kumar were murdered in day light on 31^st July, 2014 but no culprits have been arrested till to date. Despite this the eye witness attempt suicide and put him on fire?

5. CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 44 OF 2014;GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. DEWAN CHAND CHAWLA, MPA: The Honourable Minister for Local Government, Sindh may please to give answer/ statement that What measures have been taken to remove the garbage in main Sukkur City?

ANSWER

MR. MUKESH KUMAR CHAWLA Minister for Information Technology:

(a) The Biometric system has been installed in the Provincial Headquarters (Sindh Secretariat) which covers most of the Government Departments located in the Secretariat buildings in order to ensure the attendance of Secretariat employees by ensuring that all employees come to work on-time and put in the required time at work.

No, appointment during the specified period have been made on regular basis.

*2015. MS. KHAIRUNISA MUGHAL: Will the Minister for Information Technology be pleased to state:-

Master plan prepared by the government to establish IT city along with the estimated cost of the project?

ANSWER

MR. MUKESH KUMAR CHAWLA Minister for Information Technology:

Information Science & Technology Department has successfully completed Phase-I of the Arfa Karim IT City Karachi project at a cost of Rs. 82.118 million against an approved cost of Rs. 148.710 million. Moreover a Master Plan for AKITC Karachi was also prepared during the Phase-I alongwith construction of Site Office and a Boundary Wall all along the allotted 200 areas of land.

*2016. MS. KHAIRUNISA MUGHAL: Will the Minister for Information Technology be pleased to state:-

Number of call centers working in the province along with the criteria required to establish the same?

ANSWER

MR. MUKESH KUMAR CHAWLA Minister for Information Technology:

Nil report is submitted as under Information, Science & Technology Department, Government of Sindh, no Call Center is working in the province.
