“This Assembly resolves that Provincial Government take steps to computerize the record in Police Stations in the Province and introduce E-Complaint System.”.

“This House demands in the wake of findings of the final Joint Investigation Team (JIT) report on Panama case and conclusion of hearings by the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan on June 21, 2017 that Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif resign as the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
The findings of the final JIT report are damning that the Prime Minister and his family have misled the Nation about their assets and income. They have attempted to cover up their crimes through deceit, forgery and being evasive in answering questions posed by the JIT.
This House strongly believes that Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has lost the moral authority and integrity to continue as Prime Minister of Pakistan and in the greater national interest of Pakistan and democracy, should resign immediately.”.

Yes the Hog Deer is native to riverine Forest in province of Sindh.
No Survey has been conducted so far regarding its population.

(a) Is it a fact that the PPL & Wildlife Department went into the agreement to explore gas and oil from Khirthar National Park;
(b) If answer to (a) above is in the affirmative, date of the agreement with terms and conditions along with number of vehicles provided by PPL to Sindh Wildlife Department;
(c) Steps taken by the department in whole for providing national environment to animals at KNP?
ANSWER

Yes, PPL was awarded license by Government of Pakistan for exploration of Dumbar Block at Khirthar National Park on July 1997, there after Sindh Wildlife Department made an agreement with PPL on 15-10-1998, according to which PEPL invested a total of 200,000 US$ for the betterment of Khirthar National Park, with the following terms conditions.
1. The total amount of 200,000 US$ will be disbursed over the period of three years of the Dumbar exploration licenses.
2. The said amount of assistance was distributed for the different project in 1-2-3 phases as per identification of Sindh Wildlife Department.
Some are highlighted as under:-
1. Karchat Center (Khirthar National Park).
2. Khar Center (Khirthar National Park).
3. Repair of the office of Conservator Wildlife.
4. Repair of the Vehicles used in Khirthar National Park.
5. Preservation of Marine Turtle.
As far as providing of vehicles by PPL to Sindh Wildlife Department concern, it is stated that as per agreement there was no provision kept for new vehicles however only repair of existing vehicle was kept.
To support the Sindh Wildlife Department at KNP, PPL sponsored the baseline study of Khirthar National Park, which was conducted by the experts of Melbourne University Australian and PPL has also funded for the preparation of Khirthar National Park management plan.
In accordance with guideline provided under baseline study and comprehensive management plan of Khirthar National Park Sindh Wildlife Department as well engaged in terms of providing natural environment by improving water availability and distribution to animals at Khirthar National Park

(a) Is it a fact that ban has been imposed on hunting of Cyberian birds;
(b) If answer to (a) above is affirmative, the reasons thereof?
ANSWER
SYED MURAD ALI SHAH, (Chief Minister) Minister for Wildlife:
Yes, it is fact that ban was imposed on hunting of Siberian birds in Pakistan i.e. Houbara Bustard only. Other than Houbara Bustard, all migratory waterfowls can be hunted on ordinary shooting permits as allowed under notified shooting season.
The ban has been imposed by Honourable High Court of Sindh in a decision of Constitution Petition No. D-5806 of 2014 field by Mr. Lal Khan Chandio S/o Abdul Majeed Chandio and Mr. Rahib Kalhoro S/o Anwar Ali Kalhoro. The C.P was filed under article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, read with 561-A CRPC.
In the petition, the petitioners challenged the Notification No. DCP(P&I)-18/6/2014-15 (Allocation/UAE) issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, allocating various areas to the foreign dignitaries for hunting of Houbara Bustard for the season 2014-15.
The Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan in judgment dated 22-01-2016 set aside the judgment of 19-08-2015 on CPLA 145 of 2015, CPLA 38 of 2015, C.P No.253 of 2015 and CMA No.1435/15 in Civil Petition No. Nil of 2015.
