120. Will the Minister for SGA&CD be pleased to state:-
Is it fact that according to report of Auditor General of Pakistan for the financial year 2014-2015 irregularities of Approx 7 billion rupees have been committed in SGA&CD Department, if so, the reasons thereof either responsibilities fixed to any or action taken against such and steps taken to restrain such irregularities in future with details?

Grades and salaries of officers/officials presently working at Zulfiqarabad project as well as detail thereof?
ANSWER

All ZDA employees are working on contract basis, hence no grade-wise categorization. Details of monthly salary package is attached at Annexure, placed on the Table of the House.

(a) Location of Head office of Zulfiqarabad project;
(b) Whether its sub-office is in Thatta;
(c) If answer to (b) above is affirmative, the details thereof?

(b) Yes.

Presently total number of departments of Sindh and names of such departments which have been divided and merged as well as detail thereof?

Since 2013 following notifications with regard to creation/merger/bifurcation of the Administrative Departments have been issued.

Currently, the total number of Administrative Departments of Government of Sindh is 44.
The list showing names of the Administrative Departments is placed at Annexure-II, placed on the Table of the House.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Health Department which was bifurcated on papers into two entities on 22-07-2013 has not yet started functioning, as two independent departments as certain formalities are still required to be fulfilled.

(a) Is it a fact that Sindh Government has posted junior officers at important posts of grade 20 and 21 specially Secretary Finance, Home, Food and Energy;
(b) If answer to (a) above is affirmative, the details and reasons thereof?
ANSWER

It is submitted that following officers of PAS/Ex-PCS are presently posted as Secretary, Finance/Home/Food and Energy Department, who are senior cadre officers of BS-20.
