          Business to be brought forward before the Legislature on Thursday the 12th December, 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
I (A) RECITATION FROM THE HOLY QURAN
  (B) NAAT SHARIF
II.      OATH OF AFFIRMATION BY MEMBERS.
       SCHEDULE FOR THE ELECTION OF SPEAKER AND DEPUTY SPEAKER.
       Members to be informed that:-
    (a)   Under Rule 7 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh any member may propose or second the name of any other member to be Speaker or Deputy Speaker.
    (b)   Nomination papers for the post of Speaker and Deputy Speaker can be obtained from the office of the  Secretary Assembly today immediately after the session upto 4.00and on Friday, 13th December, 2002 from 3.00 a.m to 10.00 a.m.
    (c)   On Friday, the 13th December 2002. after filling the nomination papers the same will be delivered by the candidate or his proposer  or seconder to the Secretary, Provincial Assembly of Sindh upto 12.00 p.m.
    (d)   Friday, the 13th December, 2002 at 4.00 p.m, the scrutiny of the nomination papers.
    (e)   Saturday, the 14th December 2002 at 10.00 a.m the election of the Speaker and Deputy Speaker by secret  balloting and announcement of successful candidates.

          Business to be brought forward before the Legislature on Saturday the 14th December, 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
I (A) RECITATION FROM THE HOLY QURAN
  (B) NAAT SHARIF
II.    OATH OF AFFIRMATION BY MEMBERS, IF ANY
III.   ANNOUNCEMENT OF PANEL OF FOUR CHAIRMEN.
IV.    LEAVE APPLICATION OF MEMBERS, IF ANY
V.    ELECTION OF SPEAKER.
    (a)   Announcement of valid Nomination Papers for the office of Speaker, to be made by the Chairman.
    (b)   Withdrawal by candidate, if any
    (c)   Holding of Polls.
    (d)   Results of Election of new Speaker.
VI.   OATH OF OFFICE BY ELECTED SPEAKER.
VIII. SPEAKER OCCUPY THE CHAIR.
VIII. ELECTION OF DEPUTY SPEAKER.
    (a)   Announcement of valid Nomination Papers for the office of Deputy Speaker.
    (b)   Withdrawal by candidate, if any
    (c)   Holding of Polls.
    (d)   Results of Election of Deputy Speaker.
IX.   OATH OF OFFICE BY ELECTED DEPUTY SPEAKER.
X.   FELICITATION TO THE SPEAKER AND THE DEPUTY SPEAKER.
XI.   ANY OTHER BUSINESS WITH THE PERMISSION OF THE SPEAKER.
