PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF SINDH
Mr. Hadi Bux Buriro is the bonafide employee of Sindh Assembly Secretariat and had served as Additional Secretary of this Secretariat with effect from 19th December 1989, and was promoted in BPS-20 as Secretary of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on 12th Dec: 1996. In year 2006 the Finance Committee of Provincial Assembly of Sindh, upgraded the post of Secretary Assembly (BPS-20) to BPS-21, and placed said Mr. Hadi Bux Buriro in BPS-21, subject to the condition so long it will be held by him. He is Law graduate and had more than 10 years of experience in advocacy.
Secretary Assembly is the Administrative head of the Assembly Secretariat and arranges the Assembly business i.e. Government and Private Members business and issue orders of day during Assembly Session.
Secretary Assembly is ex-offico Secretary of all the Standing / Special / Select Committees and in absence of Chairman of the Committee fix the date of meetings of the Committees.
Secretary Assembly is directly answerable before the honourable Speaker, no complaint or question can be raised in the Assembly against the Secretary Assembly or other employees of Assembly Secretariat, any member desiring so may through an communication addressed to the Speaker may ask any question or bring any complaint in his knowledge, who is the competent authority of the Assembly Secretariat.
